User Account Deletion Terms and Conditions

At Telinfy, we are committed to protecting yourprivacy and providing transparency regarding your personal data. This pageoutlines how you can request deletion of your messaging account and theassociated data stored on our platform.

1. Scope of Account Deletion

When a user requests to delete their account, the followinginformation will be permanently removed:

  • User     login credentials (email/phone number)
  • Messaging     account and communication history
  • Contact     lists, templates, and campaign data associated with the account
  • Any     personal settings or configuration data linked to your user profile

Note: Deleted data cannot be recovered oncethe deletion is confirmed and processed.

2. In-App Deletion Option

If you're using the Telinfy mobile app, you can delete your account by:

  • Navigating to the three dots in your App dashboard > Delete My Account
  • Submitting your deletion request

Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated immediatelyand data will be purged from our systems within 15 business days afterour confirmation call and Email confirmation

While all personally identifiable data will be deleted, Telinfy may retain:

  • Anonymized     logs for system performance and analytics
  • Transaction     records required for legal or billing compliance (as per     government/telecom regulation

5. Timeline for Deletion

  • Account     deactivation: Immediate upon confirmation
  • Final     data deletion: Within 7–15 business days
  • Confirmation     of deletion will be sent to your registered email or number
